Grilling season is just around the corner, summer will come!
When summer does get here, what is better than the aroma of burgers cooking on the grill and having your friends and family around to share it with you. We have a supply of our grass fed 90% lean ground beef in one pound packages. They are in either 1/4 lb. or 1/3 lb. patties ready to throw on your grill to save you time at your gatherings this summer.
We also tried processing some animals that were about 9 months older than what we usually process. They meet the same standards as far as grass fed and no hormones, but we were disappointed in the tenderness so prepare to marinate or tenderize. We are offering this meat at a special price in 10 lb. bags that contain:
- 1# T-bone steak
- 1# Stew meat
- 1# Rib steak
- 1# Carne Asada
- 1# Sirloin steak
- 5- 1# pkgs. burger
All this meat is at a Special price of $4.50/pound in 10# bags.
